We Live Dalmatia
Love Dalmatia is not a tourism agency. It is an invitation to belong here — to move at our pace, eat at our tables, and listen to the sea the way we do.
We were born in these towns, learned the coves by heart, and grew up with fishermen, winemakers, and neighbors who still greet each other by name. We share the real Dalmatia — quiet villages, early coffee rituals, and evenings that unfold without a script.
Our work begins with a warm welcome and ends with you feeling rooted here. We arrange the table, light the candles, and bring the stories that give each stone street its soul.
We built Love Dalmatia for travelers who want more than a checklist. We listen to what feels meaningful to you — a seaside table at golden hour, a quiet chapel in the hills, a family-run konoba where the chef greets you by name.
Every trip we design is guided by the people who live here. We call the neighbors, ask which figs are ripe, and look for the moments you cannot find online. It is personal, warm, and distinctly Dalmatian.
Meet the Team
The people who live here and quietly open the door.

Toni Bilić
Founder & CEOBorn and raised in Split, Toni grew up with the sea as part of everyday life. From early mornings on stone streets to long afternoons on the water, Dalmatia shaped his rhythm before it became a destination. He founded Love Dalmatia to share the places locals return to — not the ones they pass through. Today, Toni leads the vision and ensures every experience stays true to how Dalmatia is actually lived.

Luka Bartulović
Co-Founder & Strategy LeadLuka lives Dalmatia through people, atmosphere, and detail. He shapes how each experience feels — from the first conversation to the last evening by the sea. As co-founder, he works closely with Toni to design experiences that adapt to each guest, listening first and building around what matters most. For Luka, authenticity is not a concept — it’s the only way something feels real.
Ana Petrović
Village & Food Experience GuideAna grew up in a Dalmatian hill village where her family has made wine and olive oil for six generations. She welcomes guests into her community the way family is welcomed.
